For massage or manual therapy, please wear or bring a pair of shorts, especially if we’ll be working on your legs or doing an assessment. You’ll usually undress down to your underwear (or shorts and a bra) and will be covered with towels throughout. For LED light therapy, you can dress down to whatever you feel comfortable having exposed to the light. Towels are provided, and I’ll step out of the room while you get settled so you can relax in privacy.

The session options are 10 or 20 minutes. You don’t need to come several times a week to see results, even once a week can help your body feel and recover better. The key is finding a routine that fits comfortably into your lifestyle.

Yes, depending on the stage of recovery. I’ll adapt techniques to help relieve pain and tension without aggravating the area. If you’ve had a recent acute injury, it’s best to wait 48–72 hours or check with your physio/GP first.

Most people can safely have massage, manual therapy, and LED light therapy. For massage or manual work, please let me know if you’re pregnant, have cancer, thrombosis, or any medical condition that affects your circulation or healing, treatments can often be adapted safely. LED light therapy isn’t suitable if you’re pregnant, take medication that makes you sensitive to light, or have epilepsy. If you’re unsure, just get in touch before booking and I’ll happily advise.
